In Focus: Blyth Spartans vs Workington

New Year’s Day footie is always a bit special, and a drive up to Blyth brought beautiful sunshine, a spectacular sunset and a five-goal Christmas cracker in the Evo-Stik Premier. Not at all a bad way to start 2017’s football-watching, and for the Spartans, another win in a season that ended in promotion to National League North.
